Our Story

Our story is simple and heartfelt: lifelong Central Wisconsin locals Mike and Chrissy Fleischman dreamed of running a welcoming diner where great food brings people together. In early 2025, we opened Pancakes & Burgers right here at 9041 State Hwy 13 S. As a proud family-owned spot, we serve hearty breakfasts and lunches every day from 6 AM to 2 PM, featuring our special pancakes and burgers menu, homemade breads, fresh soups, delicious skillets, and fresh-baked desserts—all prepared with care and that classic local Wisconsin pride. We’re more than just a restaurant; we’re your neighborhood gathering place where friendly faces, generous portions, and comfort food, including our famous burgers and pancakes, make every visit feel like family.
